1. Introduction

Welcome to the Nepal Telecom KYC Update Portal. This system allows you to easily update your Know Your Customer (KYC) details online without visiting a counter. This guide walks you through the steps to verify your identity and submit your updated profile.

Prerequisites: Before you begin, please ensure you have your mobile phone (for OTP) and digital copies of your photo and citizenship/passport ready.

2. Accessing the System

Step 1: Open the Portal

Open your web browser and navigate to the NT KYC Update Portal (e.g., https://kyc.ntc.net.np). You will be greeted by the secure login screen.

Step 2: Login with OTP & Captcha

1. Enter your 10-digit Nepal Telecom Mobile Number in the login box.

2. Complete the Captcha Verification by entering the text shown in the image to prove you are not a bot.

3. Click Generate OTP. A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile via SMS.

4. Enter the received OTP in the verification box. You have 90 seconds to enter the code.

5. Click Validate & Login.

If the timer expires, the "Resend Code" button will become active. Click it to receive a new code.

3. Updating Your Profile

Once logged in, you will see the Profile Update Form. Please fill in all sections carefully.

A. Personal Information

System Assistance: The system may automatically display your name as registered in Nepal Telecom's official records to help you fill the form accurately.

Important

Ensure your images are clear, readable, and under 2MB in size. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.

5. Verification (Critical Step)

To ensure you are the genuine owner of the SIM card, you must complete the Outgoing Call Verification.

Outgoing Call History

Enter 5 different mobile numbers that you have called from your phone in the last 2 months (starting from yesterday).

6. Submission & Tracking

Review & Submit

1. Review all entered information for accuracy.

2. Check the declaration box confirming the details are true.

3. Click Submit Profile.

Your application will be verified by Nepal Telecom administrators. You can log in again later to check validity or see if any corrections are needed. You may also receive an SMS notification upon approval.

📍 Counter Visitation: Although you select a preferred counter during submission, you are not restricted to that specific location. You may visit any nearest Nepal Telecom counter at your convenience to complete the final physical verification, though visiting the selected one is recommended for faster processing.
